SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is quoted individually based on the size and weight of each piece, as well as the delivery location within Costa Rica. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe transport. Shipping costs are not included in the furniture price and will be confirmed once the order and address are provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns only for pieces with clear manufacturing defects.
A manufacturing defect is understood as a flaw that prevents the furniture from being used as intended. Examples include: structural cracks that compromise stability, joints that are improperly fitted, or significant breakage or chipping that affects functionality.

Please note that the following are not considered defects: natural variations in shape or dimensions, differences in wood grain or tone, knots, color shifts, or other unique characteristics inherent to solid wood and the live edge process. These variations are precisely what make each piece one-of-a-kind and are part of their value.

Exchanges may be accepted only if the original piece has not left our showroom.

We do not accept general returns; therefore, we do not issue refunds or credit notes.
